Our specialty "connoisseur's nursery" offers for purchase the rare and unusual in every category, each variety we carry chosen for its outstanding beauty and performance. Our ever-changing stock includes tropicals, standards, espaliers, topiaries, our signature caged and frame-grown specimens, and a superb collection of hard-to-find perennials, shrubs, and annuals, many of which can be viewed in situ in our gardens.
With over 60,000 square feet of greenhouse space, we are able to grow hundreds of varieties of plants, many unique, many started from seed or propagated from unusual cuttings purchased from plant auctions or donated by friends and fellow horticulturists from across the globe. We feel this journey of fostering rare and unusual seedlings and cuttings to unique plants, many trained in our signature proprietary ways, is what makes Hortulus Farm Nursery a true horticultural destination.
While we do not ship plants, we will deliver within the 5-state radius of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, for a mileage-based fee. What we really urge you to do is visit us firsthand to fully understand the breadth and scope of our stock. We also always have a beautiful array of potted flowering plants available for rental for weddings and other private events and offer winter plant storage for your seasonal outdoor plants.
